Today we are going to discuss the recipe of vegetable spring rolls. As you all know spring rolls are favorite among kids and it is not so hard to make and it can be made in less time You can serve it with spicy chutney at home and it tastes very spicy and tempting and so kids love it very much.
Ingredients:-
* Water
* 200 grams paneer
* cabbage
* Carrot and onion
* Green chilies
* Black pepper powder
* Soya sauce
* Red Chilli sauce
* Salt
Spring rolls are a very famous food recipe for kids. It's crispy from outside and its filling can be made with different things. Usually, it can be made with veggies and noddles but we recommend you to make it with vegetables because its good for health too and I know you will going to love it so make it at home and enjoy it.
Process:-
★Today we are going to share the recipe of vegetable spring rolls. Vegetable spring rolls are prepared with two methods First; by kneading dough, then make parantha and roast it on pan . Then fill stuffing into the parantha and make rolls. Second, by making a batter from the flour and prepare wrapper from it. Fill stuffing into it and then fry them.
★ Today we will make spring rolls after making batter from flour. Firstly we will prepare a flour batter for making wrappers. Take 1 cup flour. Add little water at a time and keep stirring We have to stir flour until all lumps get dissolved and the batter gets smooth It takes 5-6 minutes for making batter smooth. The batter is ready; keep it aside for 1 hour so that batter puffs up.
★ Now let's prepare the stuffing. Add 2 tsp oil in preheated pan. When oil gets hot add cabbage into it. The cabbage should be thinly sliced, add carrot and onions too in it.
Stir veggies and add paneer into it Also add black pepper powder, red chilly, soya sauce, and salt Mix all ingredients well Don’t overcook the stuffing as it will get greasy making difficult in rolling spring rolls Take out stuffing in the plate.
★ now we will make wrappers Spread ¼ tbsp oil on the hot pan. Pan should just appear greasy. Now pour 1 tbsp batter on the pan and spread it like this Keep the flame medium-low.
Grease the plate as well. When wrapper separates from corners take it off from the pan and place it on plate Wipe the pan every time before making another roll. Meanwhile, make roll from the first wrapper. Layer 2 tsp stuffing on it.
Fold the wrapper from both sides and top. Now roll it. Place it on another plate. Likewise, make all rolls and wrapper.
★Now deep fry the rolls. Add oil in the pan for deep frying the rolls When oil gets hot place the rolls in pan. Place them on a plate once they turn brown.
★Vegetable spring rolls are ready. Serve vegetable spring rolls with green coriander chutney or tomato sauce and you can also serve it with mayonnaise. so make it at home and enjoy it. That's all from our side. I hope everybody liked it.
