Ingredients:-
1. 2-3 Cup Pasta
2. 1 Cup Mix Bell papers
3. 1 finely chopped onion (Any veggies of your choice)
4. 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste
5. 2 cups of milk around 400ml
6. Chili flakes & Oregano
7. 1 Tbsp Cooking oil
8. 1/3 Tsp Black pepper powder
9. 2 Tbsp All purpose flour
10.3 Tbsp Butter
11.Salt to taste
12.coriander and grated cheese(garnish)
Process:-😋😋
1. Boil raw pasta according to the instructions Take 3-4 cups water in a deep pan make sure that your pan is filled with water up to it's 3/4. Now bring it to a boil on a medium flame when it starts boiling add 2-3 cup of penne pasta 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon oil.
3. Transfer cooked pasta to a colander and drain all the excess of water.
6. Now let's prepare our sauce, heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan or kadhai over medium flame, Add 2 tablespoons maida (All purpose flour). stir continuously and cook for 1-2 minutes.pour 2 cups of milk little by little while stirring continuously with a whisk or spoon.mix it for 1-2 minutes.
7. Reduce flame to low, continue cooking until mixture starts to thicken .it will take around 4-5 minutes. When the mixture starts to coat the back of a spoon it means that it has started to thicken.
9. Add sauteed vegetables and pasta in the sauce.now turn off the flame and mix it well.
